The hotel was safe and fairly clean inside, I enjoyed it. The staff was fabulous and gorgeous. The service was terrific, I had 1 restful night here. The shuttle available to the central area was a plus.

We enjoyed the staff and rooms, all the provided essentials.

Everything was excellent! Neat and beautifully kept place and the breakfast was super. Lovely view, a small balcony, super bed, too. I liked a comfortable decor and newly renovated bathroom. Excellent design, excellent service in the entire hotel.

Optimal location, good hot breakfast, courteous service and the staff was outstanding. Particularly nice view of sea. Also, it was within a 5-minute stroll to o2 academy bristol music venue. Got extra breakfast when I needed. I had a very nice stay at this charming small hotel.

Think it's best Bristol's place to stay. An open-plan kitchen was a nice surprise. It had a lounge restaurant👌

The location was PERFECT, with San Carlo nearby. We went to see castle park and clifton suspension bridge nearby. The staff welcoming throughout our stay.
